Ron Mendel you can download the 11.0.2 update at Adobe - Fireworks Support Center: downloads: Updaters. I just installed Fireworks CS5 11.0 on my new laptop, but I get errors trying to update 11.0.2. I had the same problem and did and everything worked. When you have downloaded and extracted the file, right click and then click on "Run as Administrator".
